 DEA (diethanolomine: DEA has been linked with kidney, liver, and other organ damage according to several government-funded research studies, and has been proven to cause cancer in rats when applied to the skin.), Isopropyl, (otherwise known as alcohol, click here to learn more), BHT (butylated hychoxytuluene, used as an anti-oxidant: linked to Cancer, allergies, developmental toxicity, neurotoxicity and more), Triclosan (used as an anti-bacteria: it is currently under review by the FDA), 

Parabens: are chemical preservatives highly used in cosmetics and skincare products (in over 25,000 products). They are used because Parabens are chemicals that low cost and have a life-long shelf life. Some studies have displayed Parabens ability to mimic estrogen (a hormone known to play a role in the development of breast cancer) and disrupt the hormone system in the body.  Parabens are rapidly absorbed, metabolized, and excreted in the body. Much more research is needed on Parabens before they are included in cosmetics, skincare, food, and cleaning products. Avoid these ingredients in products: butylparaben, parabens, isobutylparaben, isopropylparaben, sodium methylparaben, sodium propylparaben, methlparaben, ethlparaben, propylparaben, and benzylparaben, No, phthalate or Petroleum, 
or other chemicals that would be toxic to your skin.
